Answers from Atlanta

Pastor Joe loves Jesus and people and wants to connect the two. He was born in the Bronx, NY, but now lives in Atlanta with his wife and three young children. He has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church the last 16 years in a variety of positions and is currently the senior pastor at the Atlanta North Church. He has earned his Masters of Divinity Degree from Andrews University and continues his education through Harvard's Extension School and Yale Divinity School's Summer Term. After completing the Billy Graham School of Evangelism his preaching and training was part of a feature in Decision Magazine and an invitation to the exclusive (22 members) Emerging Evangelist program followed.

While serving as the Georgia-Cumberland conference evangelist he conducted nearly 40 evangelistic meetings and revivals in the Atlanta area including four church planting meetings.

Leading up to the recent General Conference Session Atlanta North was the headquarters for an evangelistic emphasis throughout the city. More than 50 students from Southern Adventist University and SEYC launched A.C.T.S (Atlanta Center for Training in Soul-Winning) with training from Pastor Joe, Dr. Alan Parker, Elder Ralph Ringer, and Pastor Mark Finley.

We hope his ministry is a blessing to you.
